Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of outloudmerch.com and every order you place with Outloud Merch. Read them before you buy.

1. Agreement

Outloud Merch runs an online store that makes each item to order. These terms form an agreement between you and Outloud Merch. When you use this site or place an order, you accept them along with our Privacy Policy. Ordering requires being a legal adult where you live, or having a parent or guardian involved.

2. Products and orders

• Items are produced only once checkout is complete. Every product image is a digital mockup, so expect small differences in print placement and color.
• Our order confirmation email marks the point where a contract exists. Before shipping, we can still turn an order down: a pricing or listing mistake, suspected fraud and undeliverable destinations are the usual causes. Any order we turn down is refunded in full.
• Compare your measurements with the product page and our Size Chart before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. We may adjust them, but an adjustment never touches an order already placed. The whole amount is due at checkout, through a payment method we list, and shipping costs show before you confirm. If sales tax applies to your order, checkout calculates it and shows it before you pay. Orders delivered outside the U.S. may owe import duties and taxes on arrival.

4. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy lists production times, transit times, rates and carriers. Dates we quote for delivery are estimates, never commitments.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Edits and cancellations before printing fall under our Cancellation & Modification Policy. Replacements and refunds fall under our Return & Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Our logo and the original text, graphics, images and layout of this site belong to us. Do not copy them without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks that appear here belong to their owners. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, follow the steps on our DMCA Reports page or email [email protected]. We review every notice.

7. No affiliation

Outloud Merch is not affiliated with or endorsed by any creator, streamer or entertainment brand.

We acquired the outloudmerch.com domain in October 2026. A different business used it before that. Anything bought from that business, including its gift cards and warranties, sits outside these terms, and we cannot act on it.

8. Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with how it runs, probe for data you are not entitled to, or submit fraudulent orders.

9. Limits on liability

Our products and this site are supplied “as is”, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. For a claim about an order, the most we owe is what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law says cannot be waived.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms fall under the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. We do not apply conflict-of-law rules that would swap in a different jurisdiction’s law. Raise any problem with us first; most get solved by email. A dispute we cannot settle between us can be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use a different court.

11. Updates

We can revise these terms. The version posted here on your order date, with its effective date, is the one that applies to that order.
