Mugs & Tumblers: what to know before you order
The drink decides. A mug is for a hot drink you finish at home or at work. A tumbler carries a hot or cold drink wherever you go. Each listing states how much it holds, what it is made of and if a lid comes with it.
Read the care note first. Dishwasher and microwave rules vary from piece to piece. Hand washing is gentler on a printed surface. Tumblers with metal walls must never go in the microwave.
Match the size to your day. One standard mug is one coffee or tea. A larger tumbler lasts a long commute or a full afternoon out. Compare the listed capacity with a cup you already use.
Color on screen is an approximation. Product images are computer mockups, so the printed colors can vary a little in real life.
Broken pieces get replaced or refunded. If yours arrives chipped, cracked or in pieces, take one photo showing the damage and the box together. Send it within 30 days of delivery. You then pick replacement or refund; our Return & Refunds Policy explains the process.
