How to pay Outloud Merch, when the charge happens and how it reads on your statement.

What we accept

• PayPal. Pay from your PayPal balance or a linked card or bank account.
• Card, via PayPal guest checkout. Debit and credit cards work through PayPal’s guest option. Choose PayPal at checkout, then the card option. You do not need a PayPal account for this. PayPal decides which cards it accepts, and that can depend on your country.
• PayPal Pay Later. Available only where PayPal offers it. If it applies to your purchase, it appears at checkout.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), and you are charged in USD. We do not take bank wires, checks, money orders, cash on delivery, crypto, or another retailer’s gift card. The options at checkout are the ones available for your order.

Payment security

PayPal processes every payment over an encrypted connection. You type card or bank details into a form run by PayPal, not into our site. Outloud Merch never sees or stores them.

When you are charged

We charge the full amount when you place the order, because production starts soon after. A cancellation inside 6 hours, made before printing starts, returns every cent. The conditions are in our Cancellation & Modification Policy.

Declined payments

The usual reasons: the billing address differs from the card’s, the balance is too low, the card has expired, or a fraud check stopped it. Check your details, contact your card issuer or PayPal, and try again. Still failing? Email us and we will work it out with you.

Sales tax and import duties

If sales tax applies to your order, checkout calculates it and shows it before you pay. Recipients of international orders cover any duties and import taxes. Our Shipping Policy explains how that works.

Refunds

Approved refunds land on the card or PayPal account that paid. Allow 5–10 business days for them to arrive; your statement may lag a few days behind. When a refund applies is covered by our Return & Refunds Policy.

Your statement descriptor

Look for PAYPAL *OUTLOUDMERCH on your card or bank statement; that is us. Charge you do not recognize? Before calling your bank, send us the charge date and amount; we match it to an order and answer within one business day.
