Your delivery date is two clocks added together. Clock one is production: it starts when payment clears and covers printing and packing. Clock two is the carrier. Both clocks count business days only: Saturdays, Sundays and U.S. federal holidays never count. Orders that come in after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time start on the next business day.

U.S. parcels go out with USPS, UPS or FedEx. International parcels ship DDU, which means the recipient pays any duty, VAT or customs fee on arrival. Full details sit in our Shipping Policy.

  • Changed your mind fast? Edits and cancellations are free for 6 hours after you check out, as long as printing has not started yet.
  • We make it right when: the print is flawed, the parcel arrives damaged, the wrong item shows up, or the parcel goes missing. Report it no later than 30 days after delivery (if a parcel never shows, count from the end of its delivery estimate), then pick a free reprint or a refund.
  • How to report it: email [email protected] with the order number and a photo that shows the problem. A person answers within one business day and you get a decision within 2–3 business days.
  • Refund timing: money goes back to the original payment method, usually landing in 5–10 business days.
  • Outside this policy: each piece is printed for a single order, so a change of plans, a size picked without the chart, or a worn or washed item does not qualify.
