1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from and use of outloudmerch.com, operated by DOANUYEN Ecom LLC (“Outloud Merch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you for that purchase.

Please also review our Shipping Info and Return & Refund Policy, which explain delivery and after-sales arrangements. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled. Agreement to these terms does not itself constitute consent to optional marketing or tracking.

If a general statement here conflicts with the detailed Shipping Info or Return & Refund Policy provided when you ordered, the relevant detailed policy governs that subject. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement, or act with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the purchase.

Please provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact details and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. If you create an account, keep your credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Product information

Review each product’s description, available options, and sizing information before ordering. Product images, including mockups, illustrate the design and presentation. Screen settings and production methods can cause minor differences in appearance, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description or a defective item.

Availability and options may change. Changes to a listing do not remove the rights associated with a purchase already made under an earlier description.

4. Prices and payments

Prices and shipping rates are stated in US dollars (USD) unless expressly indicated otherwise. The checkout shows the item total, shipping charge, and any taxes we collect before you authorize payment.

We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments. Available methods appear at checkout and are subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges independently of Outloud Merch.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees not collected at checkout, as explained in Shipping Info. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer and do not apply retroactively unless stated.

5. Orders, availability, and errors

After submitting an order, check the confirmation details and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect. We may need to verify payment or clarify incomplete information before fulfillment.

If a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified, or a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge a higher amount or substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill an order or cancel it, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the canceled items and their applicable shipping charges. Canceling an entire order results in a full refund of the amount paid to us.

6. Processing, shipping, and delivery

Our standard processing estimate is 3–5 business days before dispatch. Estimated transit is 7–10 business days for the contiguous United States and 15–30 business days for supported international destinations. Processing and transit are separate; a different product-specific estimate will be identified before purchase where applicable.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The order date is not counted as a full processing day. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and customs, peak demand, or carrier disruptions may affect timing.

Shipping is available only to supported destinations. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses, or remote areas, please contact us before ordering to confirm service and delivery estimates. Orders may arrive in separate packages.

If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the revised estimate and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Where cancellation or a refund is required by applicable law, we will provide it within the required period.

Contact us if an order is missing or delayed beyond its estimate. We will review the shipment and arrange the appropriate resolution under our policies and applicable law. Dispatch to a carrier does not remove our responsibility to address delivery problems.

7. Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation or correct an address, size, color, or other order detail. Whether a change is possible depends on the order status. Requests are not confirmed until we confirm them in writing, and changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun.

This does not limit statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to shipment delays. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned, any proposed reshipping charge will be explained and agreed with you before reshipment.

8. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Under our voluntary Return & Refund Policy, please report damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos where possible.

Confirmed issues qualify for a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the affected item. If we require a physical return for an eligible issue, we cover return shipping through an agreed arrangement. No restocking fee applies to these returns. Contact us before sending an item back; our business contact address is not automatically the return destination.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns solely for a change of mind or because you selected the wrong size, color, or design. Receiving a size different from the one ordered is a fulfillment error and is eligible for assistance.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval, or sooner where required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Refund amounts, treatment of original shipping, and any return inspection steps are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable website use and intellectual property

Do not use the website for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, malicious code, or interference with its operation. You must not misuse another person’s identity or payment information.

Website text, graphics, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights held by their respective owners. Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant a right to reproduce it commercially. Nothing in these terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law.

If you believe content on our website infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant page link and enough information to identify the concern.

10. Reviews and other submissions

If you submit a review or other content, it should reflect your honest experience and must not infringe another person’s rights or disclose private information without authorization. By submitting a review for publication, you allow us to display it with the display name you provide for that purpose.

We may remove spam, unlawful content, personal information, or content unrelated to the product or shopping experience. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews. Private customer support messages are not submitted for public display.

11. Website availability and consumer protections

Website features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or technical issues. If an interruption affects an existing order, contact us for assistance. Links to external services are subject to those services’ own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, limits remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require you to waive access to a court, a regulator, or legally available payment dispute procedures.

12. Questions, disputes, and changes to these terms

If you have a concern, contact us with your order details so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict any legal rights or deadlines that apply to you.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Updates do not retroactively remove rights or change agreed terms for an order already placed. Material changes will be communicated where required. Applicable mandatory consumer laws continue to protect you regardless of any provision in these terms.
