All items are shipped from our fulfillment center closest to your shipping address. We offer three methods for shipping, all via The US Postal Service:
- First Class Parcel Post (For packages 15oz and under), 3-8 days
- Priority, 2-3 days
- Priority Express, 1-2 days
You will have an option to select the method that best fits your shipping needs at check out.
All International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that occur when the product arrives to your country.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Any eligible item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our store, and the customer will incur the shipping cost.

Refunds for accepted returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that due to payment processor policies, it may take up to 10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on the account of the original payment method.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please contact us for a full refund or exchange.
